Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Not at all. They are not known for being good at what they do Does this provider give unbiased advice? No. I didn't trust their motives. Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? No, but we continue to see them Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Does this provider treat every client equally? Not only did they answer all of my questions, they also emphasized preventative care and informed me about child safety and nutrition. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable they were. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They have never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about the illnesses and immunizations. They have always answered every question I have had about her health. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect.
