Do not, I repeat do not try to see this doctor. Don’t know who the receptionist is, but she is the rudest, nastiest person I have ever encountered in a medical office or hospital. I was 5 minutes late in heavy traffic and first thing she said was “ Your appointment was 10:30 and you are putting us behind schedule “! Told her heavy traffic but she clearly did not care and there was no one else even sitting in waiting room. She should be fired! Won’t recommend this office to anyone!!

All aspects of my experience were wonderful, from the initial call for an appointment to the actual service itself. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Patete is very skilled and knowledgeable. He treated me as an adult in discussing my problem. He did not lecture, but discussed my problem and it's treatment. He started out asking me what I knew about the problem, which was interesting. He said you must have read about it on the internet, tell me what you know. Really interesting

Heard great things on doctor, unfortunately never got past the rude and nasty front desk women and practice manager. I had an emergency appointment, was paying out of pocket as i had a rash/hole on my cheek ad in extreme pain--my dog gets better customer service then this two. Definite moral decay!

I had surgery with him for hyperparathyroidism. He did not use in surgery measurement of my parathyroid hormone (15% of all hyperparathyroid patients have more than one adenoma growing on their parathyroid glands and I was one of them), so I emerged after surgery WITHOUT a change in my condition and subject to long-term degradation of my body. The only answer was a more complicated surgery. I found a world-class surgeon to do it. Know your disease and ASK QUESTIONS! Be careful in Venice.

Beyond the fact I felt rushed out of the office with absolutely no resolution to an issue I have had for 8 years, I attempted to pay my bill and they wouldn't accept my health insurance card or debit card and they do not accept payment by phone or online. They wanted me to drive all the way back to their office which is out of town and pay them in cash.

First, the receptionist is wonderfully efficient. I called, left a message with contact information and she responds quickly and she got me an appointment promptly. I had headaches. Neither my internist nor neurologist got me relief. Dr. Patete prescribed a medication that broke the cycle which has virtually eliminated my headaches. When my wife experienced vertigo, he set her at ease, diagnosed her problem and she recovered fully.

right from the start the receptionist was friendly and informative. The office staff was excellent, answering questions and taking history. Dr. Patete is direct and thorough. He explained some medical history to me that I had never had explained, and did so while showing me my films on the computer. Wow! Who does that these days when doctors are usually hustling out of the room to their next patient. I would recommend Dr.Patete and his office 100%!

Amazing. He answered our emergency request on Sunday afternoon and talked us through options before we were ever patients. Highly recommend :)

The office staff borders on being rude. Call them sometime. You get a voice message that tells you not to call again if they don't return your call. It's been 2 weeks this time, and not a word from them.
