Had ear pain for two weeks. Made appt. These people are absolutely great. Receptionist and nurse were wonderful. Dr. saw me within 5 minutes, found the problem and fixed it. Great guy. 15 minutes from the time I entered until the time I left.
Doctor quickly saw my problem and took care of it. I walked out much happier than when I walked in. ??????
Dr. Patete treated my ear infection in a professional manner with immediate results. He put me at ease as I was very anxious and reassured me that I would be ok and my ear would completely heal. His nurse and front staff treated me with kindness and empathy.
Excellent appointment. All of the office personnel were very pleasant and courteous. My appointment was right on time. Dr. Patete was excellent. He asked me what my problem was and immediately began his examination. After the procedure, he explained my condition and answered all my questions. Left his office very satisfied.
Wonderful doctor...explained everything thoroughly. No pain whatsoever after surgery with no bruising and little scarring. Just great!!!
Terrible
Very hostile environment. The receptionist, Amy, was very rude as I was slightly late due to heavy traffic. When I told her I had not received the new patient paperwork, that really set her off and she got very nasty and defensive about it. Then, I hurried to fill out the paperwork, since I could see how angry she was and missed a couple of blanks. That, indeed put her over the edge. She yelled across the waiting room, "That it! You're done!" She came out and wagged her pen in my face!
Horrible experience! The receptionist was so mean and rude! She should not be dealing with the public because she treats the patients like dirt. What good is a doctor if you can’t even get past the clerical help? I work in a hospital and will definitely tell my patients and colleagues about this terrible experience!
Horrible experience. The office staff is extremely rude and treats patients with no dignity! No "Patient Bill of Rights" here, that's for sure! Very sad to go to a doctor office and be treated so poorly by a terrible receptionist named Amy. I advise you all: do not set foot in this office unless you want to be belittled and verbally abused! Never saw doc or nurse as receptionist fired me as a patient. Unreal. This office obviou has more patients than the front office wants!
