Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes

Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean Is this provider's business conveniently located?
