I was at your office for endoscopy follow up. I don't have a vehicle, so had taken the GET Bus. My return pick up wasn't until 1800. Your office manager, whose name I can't remember at the moment, offered to give me a ride home. She was wanting to lock up the office and didn't want to leave me there waiting for my ride. What an awesome woman. I truly was deeply moved by this extension of Christian love. Do you have employee of the month, or year? She deserves it. Susan Tedrahn

This Dr and his staff are the best! They treated me very well. They were very friendly and respectful! Dr Rahal cares so much about his patients and takes his time in figuring out what you need! I was in and out of the office in less than an hour!! I loved my experience in his office!

We got to our apt on time then had to wait for over 1hr in a freezing cold room that was kept so cold you could hang meat in there. My dad was literally freezing and shivering uncontrollably. Staff was unresponsive when we talked to them. They had this I could care less attitude. As for the dr himself he didn't seem to take our gastric problems seriously. Instead prescribed some prescription meds that don't work. Meds gave my father extreme cotton mouth (dry mouth). Stay away from him!!!!

Very horrible. What is the point of giving drugs to calm you when it doesn't even work. I was awake with endoscopy and was told to calm down while inserting tube in my throat and doing biopsy!!!!! I am fumming. I couldn't even breath while air was being pumped. It felt like i was suffocating. I want to do something about this!!!!??????

I had an EGD and a Colonoscopy ( unfortunately I could not get into my normal GI Doctor) done last year by Dr. Rahal. I was awake during both even though I told him I could feel pain he then had his assistants hold me down while I called out I in pain and was ignored. He argued then with the nurses while I said I can feel it I can feel it. They also double billed my insurance, when he told me I was probably hallucinating the entire procedure I then told him what I saw and felt step to step!!!!

Before my colonoscopy, I never met the Dr. During the procedure, I felt everything. Was not put to sleep nor medicated. Had pain for 3 days after the procedure. After procedure I had to come back in for the results of the procedure when I could have been called. I was also e-mailed so I didn't understand why the office visit. More money, perhaps? I felt the Dr. should have met me BEFORE the procedure. He wasn't all that friendly. The office staff is unkempt. Dirty shoes. etc.

Dr Rahal is very nice and understanding. My procedure was painless and quick. The surgery staff made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My follow up visit was quick as well and all the girls were great from check in to check out. Highly recommend Dr Rahal !
