Pansy Lai... as a "councillor" or "psychologist", she has ZERO empathy skills or communication skills. Good psychologists are not robots. My mother saw her in Hornsby, and I was there to witness this "doctor" / "psychologist". She's a horrible and sad excuse of a doctor, showing ZERO EMPATHY, almost inhuman, just staring down at her laptop the entire session. Unbelievable. I don't understand why she's there; she's clearly unhappy with her position. Clearly incapable of treating people when she makes them feel worse.
If you believe a paediatrician should cater for your delusions about gender, then you should see another one. There are only two, unchangeable genders and there will only ever be two.
Poor understanding of modern mediciine and a tendency to let her personal views get in the way of sound medical advice. Not recommended
