She is my PCP and now I want to change because she is not a reliable doctor for this role. It's impossible to communicate with her office. 99% of the time you get the voicemail and even if you leave a message nobody will call you back. I was calling for more than 10 days and left a few messages without any success. Most of the time you will wait more than 40 minutes for just a prescription. I just can say that my experience with her system was not good. I'd like to have a PCP who I can count on
Can you please call me back. I have ben calling for the last 2 months to make an appointment and no way. Nobody answers my calls and nobody calls me back. i want my blood tests and all the other test so I can go to another doctor. It is urgent. call me back worst office to make an appointment ever in my life. I am so so frustrated with no-one answering my phone calls, !!!! What is wrong with this office?????
Dr. Merino takes the time to actively listen and discuss my reason for visiting and ensures that I fully understand whatever medications, follow up, etc is necessary to treat my issues. Her staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional from beginning to end.
