Should focus on cosmetic medicine . Not a good internist. If you need a script, you have To call the office and remind them to send item to the pharmacy. Little attention is given to results of blood work, after you need to make a second appointment to get results. Terrible office manager. Rude and disrespectful. Arrogant. Go elsewhere.
I have been a patient of Dr. Merino for over a decade. Every insurance change I have had I always make sure Dr.Merino is in network. She takes her time with her consults and is extremely thorough. She is very attentive to subtle details and is always a pleasure to see. The office staff is kind and personable. The wait time is never over 15 minutes.

I went in as a new patient for an annual check up. She is very personable and thorough in her questions. The staff is also very professional and pleasant.You get the impression that she wants to get to know as much as she can about and is truly thorough in all the tests requested. Will definitely continue going.
I visited Dr. Pamela Merino’s office today for the first time on the recommendation of my gastroenterologist. Her front office staff and nurse were very friendly, warm and welcoming. Dr. Merino was exceptional. She throughly reviewed and discussed my family history, took her time with me and was extremely caring and professional. I am truly happy to have found Dr. Merino’s practice and highly recommend her.
Dr. Merino is a very friendly and personable doctor. She spends enough time with you and will answer your questions. She is inquisitive and thinks things through to provide excellent care. The office runs on time for the most part.
