Tele health visit with this doctor tonight. Very helpful and attentive. High recommendation!
Had a telehealth appointment where she hung up on me after 2 minutes. Later received a full report summary. Curious where she got the diagnosis/information since we did not complete the visit.
Dr. Buchanan was amazing. thorough, and listened to every question I asked helping me with a medical situation. Her and the staff were very caring and professional. Highly recommended!
Dr. Buchanan and her staff were very friendly, timely, and personable. I'm a new patient and she asked a lot of questions and took the time to get to know me. Her staff were equally as kind and efficient. I would gladly recommend her to anyone I know.
I found the doctor to be kind, listened, provided advice, truly professional, great doctor.
I will never return to this physician, our last appointment was unacceptable. Waited 45 minutes for a 5 minute visit, no recognition of the wait. She spent the majority of the visit on the computer with no eye contact. She then left the room abruptly leaving me wondering if the appointment was over or if she was coming back. The prescription was written wrong on two separate visits. She did not appear to listen or care.
Had a new patient appointment with her and it lasted a whole 2 minutes of talking and the rest was her typing. Didn't ask if I had any questions or concerns and overall seemed to not care for anything accept the money she was making off of me sitting in her office. Office staff and Tiffany were outstanding though!
First off I would like to say how much I enjoyed Tiffany the nurse that took care of me prior to the doctor. She was outstanding, very personable. Dr. Buchanan was far from good, she was so bad that I will never go back. Not only was she a total opposite of her nurse she was even worse. The Dr. maybe said 3 full sentences to me the whole time, never made eye contact. It was such a bad and awkward that I started reading the magazine with her there and typing on the computer. Who does that?!
Office staff is terrible. Very rude.
