Such a sweet team!
I had such a great experience with Dr. Pakour and the entire team. Everyone was so kind, gentle, and attentive. Maria, the nurse, was especially caring; she really listened to my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. There is also a new lady who has been there for about three weeks; I forgot her name, but she was incredibly lively and sweet the entire time, which made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Dr. Parkour is the best doctor ever. She is the most sweetest and caring person ever. And Mary is always understanding and damn. What can I tell u. They listen to u not like other places always rushing u n not listening good to ure complains. Been with them for 7 years and have always given me and my kids the perfect medicine.
My father was in search of a new PCP and he decided to go with Dr.Pakour. He called Dr.Pakour’s office, they said they would be able to take him in. When he went in to be seen, they told him that his insurance is no longer being accepted due to a contract being cancelled. When we called his insurance to notify them about this, they called the office and said that they could not see him due to his age. It would’ve been helpful if from the beginning they were honest about the situation, whether it was the insurance or his age.
