The doctor and the staff were very good with my daughter during her vaccines and blood draw. The nurse/receptionist that I believe is named Maria seems to be in too much of a rush to get information correct. I've had two appointments for my daughter that they lost/never scheduled. I will be finding another pediatrician who can keep up with the appointments they schedule.
Dr. Pakour and her staff, Saylint and Maria, were all competent, compassionate and helpful. Even when they were always busy, they remained accommodating and made sure patients received the support and assistance they needed.
The worst service: starting from reception, the main nurse is rude, with an attitude, unprofessional, un-equipment. Dr. Pakour is nice. But overall experience is terrible. Waiting over 30 min even if you have appointment. Not informing in any changes. No water for medicine nor for parents. I tried to give a few try but no. I DO NOT recommend.
She’s currently my baby’s Dr. best decision we ever made to try her I’m so impressed with their level of detail. Very thorough always ensures questions and concerns is addressed. Big shoutout to Mariah she’s a sweetheart very professional and good at her job. The entire staff always makes every visit feels like visiting family. Chefs kiss to this the entire staff.
She's the best doctor I ever had. Dr Pakour is a very professional, kind hearted and very caring of her patients. She always makes me feel so special when I come to the office. The staff is very friendly and professional too. The office is very clean. I highly recommend
