Dr. Pakour and her staff, Saylint and Maria, were all very helpful, caring, and welcoming. You can truly tell that they genuinely care about their patients and make every effort to help address their health concerns. The office is always busy, which shows how well-loved and trusted they are by their patients. The many photos and heartfelt messages from patients displayed throughout the office are also a wonderful reflection of the positive impact Dr. Pakour and her team have had on the people they care for. Dr Pakour is an angel. She has been instrumental in navigating every part of my care. I have no words to describe how important Dr Pakour has been in my life.
Was assigned to primary care with them via blue shield but I guess they don’t even take adult patients who are on HMO. Blue shield had called them though to confirm they would accept me as a patient. Quite frustrating.
