The doctor was kind, unhurried, thorough, and patiently explained both what she would give me and also what I should follow up on vis a vis having an MD in person check the ear drum, which is probably ruptured, in 10-14 days before I go swimming again.
This is such a great service. The doctors are friendly and very knowledgeable (as they were trained to be). I've used this app a few times and have recommended it to all of my friends. I met with a doc in my office and started the necessary medications the same day! This is the age of convenience and honestly it doesn't get anymore convenient than this.
This office and doctor are not very ethical people. After telling me they would refund me for a test I never received, they never did. Then they threatened to send my bill to collections if I tried to dispute the charge through my credit card. I have emails with them implying financial and legal consequences if I disputed the charges. These are the worst kinds of people in medicine and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This place is a scam. They said they’ll send me a refund for a covid test I never got. In fact, I never even stepped into their office or saw a provider. I was told “the doctor is working on your refund.” 9 days later they email me to say “too bad there’s no refund and if you fight us on this we will send your bill to collections.” This is crazy.
