Dr Lucreo has treated my family for over 20 years . We have never had a problem with him nor his services not sure who the people with the complaints are seeing. He is always professional and kind.Clean offices and staff up to date.I wouldn't visit anyone else as long as he is practicing. He does a awesome job!
I visited the office on Austin Bluffs for wisdom tooth pain. My initial visit was good. When I called back to get enough meds to last me until my appointment on Tuesday, Dr. Lucero rudely accused me of changing my appointment to get more pain meds. I set my appointment on Tuesday and it was never changed. He then asked why I had waited until Tuesday to schedule my appointment. I explained that I was told that was the first available. What is with the juvenile comments and the language...that makes him look worse. Dr Lucero does not need to be defended, his work and knowledge of dentistry speaks for him.
Dr. O. Lucero is the best and kindest Dentist in Colorado Springs. With two locations and a wonderful staff. He is so smart and kind. He answers all questions and is easily understood. My family, children and parents and Grandparents all love Dr. Lucero.

Dr. Lucero has treated our family for the last 15 years. He is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. He has proven right on every dental issue we have had. His experience is invaluable. When we have gotten other opinions on certain dental issues and, without fail, whatever he predicted would happen with our teeth happened just as he said.
