She is passionate about providing the best possible care for her patients. Her current staff is amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Strongtower Behavior Health.
She understands him so well and takes time to listen to him. He feels safe and confident talking with her. Which in turn helps her doctor him. We are so very pleased with her.
The visits are always professionally conducted, on time, and productive. The time is well spent in sessions . As a client you MUST adhere to the recommendations if you want results. This practice knows how to help you obtain the most positive outcome .
I have been a patient of this practice for many years. In office and televisits. The care I receive is genuine and that is a rarity in this specialty. Dr Akkinusi and her staff are timely with any request and I am grateful for them.
Dr Akinnusi is an incredible practitioner who I recommend time and again. I get the sense she genuinely cares for her patients and moreover she actively listens to what you’re saying only prescribing medication if she thinks it is appropriate.
Impossible to get ahold of staff, her visits last only about 10 minutes, she used to be great and someone I trusted and now it seems since the pandemic that she has completely lost control of her staff. I was recently kicked out of a telehealth visit after only being a few minutes late, and it wasn't even Akinnusi who was in the appointment. Absolutely impossible to get ahold of anyone that works here. They never answer the phone and every pharmacy I’ve used has a hard time getting in touch with them too whenever I need a refill. I am quite literally dependent on my medication to function and cannot drive, work, or even sleep properly without it because the withdrawals are so awful. Obviously they know this, so to be so difficult to reach and downright ignoring requests to call in my prescriptions is pure cruelty. Find someplace else...this office has no busines... read more
I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the office for about a week now. I have left voice mails and messages through their online portal with no response. Today, I called from my work number and left another voice mail. About 20 minutes later, someone from their office called my work number, which they do not have the number to, and after I answered the phone and said the name of the company, they hung up. She used to be great. Her staff used to be organized and kind. my family member went there for 5 years. She's good but not good enough to deal with that incompetent staff. The office manager is at fault. She's unprofessional and downright mean. I have shown up for an appointment and have been told that all appointments were cancelled for the day because the Dr went on a trip! My cell phone is on my hip 24/7. No one ever called. Mix ups with prescriptions, billing, and appointments are common.
