They told me they accepted my insurance. It even says on their website they do. Called my insurance and turns out they are out of network. I had an appointment because they told me they do take my insurance. I get there and they have me waiting while the lady calls insurance, which I don't think she spoke to the correct person. Waste of my time

Dr. De La Cruz was awesome!! Such wonderful bed side manner, so thorough during the exam and explains and answers any questions or concerns you might have. The staff are also so nice and the best part is that you don’t have to wait FOREVER to be seen! I would totally recommend him and his team to everyone!! 🤓🤓
