I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Olga Rubtsova as my Dentist! She is such caring and sweet person. She made sure to put me at ease. She gave me a thorough explanation of what she would do before starting any procedure and if I got too nervous she was willing to stop. She constantly asked if I was ok during the procedure. I had to get a root canal and crown done. She made sure to find the best treatment for me. She has my full trust.

I was inquiring about your dental office because I need to make an appointment but the receptionist keeps cutting off the line. When I tried to call again, she pretended no to hear me 3X and then cut off the line again. She is very rude with her words and intonation. I am a Kaiser patient and I am assigned to your clinic. Is there any way that I can contact the dentist without dealing with the rude lady receptionist, its just very stressful. I can not rate this clinic yet.
