Doctor was dismissive of my partner's concerns about pain prior to surgery. After surgery, Dr Shapiro was insensitive to my partner's extreme pain. Doctor also made demeaning comments to his patient (my partner) and claimed he was joking. After a formal complaint , Upstate apologized to my partner, and Dr Shapiro apologized via the office of patient relations. Recommend for patients who enjoy pain and ridicule.

He is the Best and the staff are wonderful. All of my questions answered. The Nurses are kind and gentle. You won't find Better.
I am blessed to have Dr.Shapiro as my surgeon. He is amazing and so is his staff. Definitely 5 stars!!!!
