My visit to this dental office was overall average. The dental procedures themselves were fine, but the overall experience could be improved. The front desk staff did not feel very welcoming, and communication seemed a bit rushed. I also felt that the dentist’s manner was somewhat abrupt, which made the visit less comfortable than expected. A more friendly and patient-centered approach from both the front desk and provider would greatly improve the patient experience.
Dr. Marina and Dr. Oleg are both amazing! I'm very happy and satisfied with the experience I've had with them.
