The doctor and his front staff are not only incompetent but do not respect the dignity and rights of patience as humans
Doctor A is great, he?s compassionate and very knowledgeable. All the clinics staff are very helpful.
Ever since this facility switched to Geode Health the quality of care has gone way down. No one answers the phone so it takes several days to even schedule an appointment. Dr. Adebogun is arrogant and rushes through his appointments. Considering this is for mental health treatment, that is not ok.
Awesome experience
I had no actual experience with Dr. Oladele Adebogun. He is listed on Medicare.gov as taking Medicare and is preferred by Medicare because he charges the Medicare-designated amount for his services. I called and left a voice mail on Monday and tried to book an appointment via his practice portal. No response from either for a couple of days so I called again and kept calling until I got through to a person after the third day of trying. I was asked two questions. Dr Adebogan made me feel uncomfortable, unsafe, didn't listen, spoke over me, accused me of recording when I wasn't, and told me I could get up and leave when I started to cry. He bragged about his three practices and how great he was. When I walked out of the appointment early, he followed me to the front desk. Worst experience ever.
My daughter has a Rx for Lithium which has not been refilled in over 1 week due to total Pharmacy has requested refill 3 times in the past week, I have reached out multiple times as well. The practices says "we are busy so we axe you to not leave multiple messages". I asked to have the on call dr. called which is not a possibility. HORRIBLE CARE
Stay far away. This place will charge you for your appointment even when the doctors no show. You read that right. No show. I have had the doctor miss my appointment 3 times and still got charged. All they said was sorry like it was no big deal and still charged me. The office has 10 employees sitting around doing nothing with includes never answering the phones or returning messages. The office staff is very professional and helpful. Dr. Adebogun is very hands on with his patients. He takes time for you and will answer any questions you may have and not make you feel like you are just another patient. He is very kind, professional and personable. Highly recommend Mind Matter Psychiatry and Dr. Adebogun. You will not be disappointed.
