Had an appointment today, showed up about 15 minutes early to see an empty building. Notice on the door shows they are closed today, and they gave me no notice and did not call to reschedule my appointment or tell me they would be closed.
So sorry condolences to Dr. Davis family. RIP Dr. Davis
My daughter has been going to Dr. Davis for quite sometime and I was pleased until tonight. If Dr. Davis does not know how to properly train her staff in proper phone etiquette she does not need a practice. I am calling for an appointment and the lady who answered has no clue and the lady in the back ground screaming orders and telling her what to say instead of getting the phone. Don't worry Dr. Davis I will take my BCBS paying behind somewhere else. I don't have time for the foolishness!!
