I have been seeing her for a few years but on my last visit after being very very sick for over 6 weeks and just seeking help she said "are your kids in school? well, what do you expect" basically saying I deserve to be sick because my kids are in school and offering no help or advice. Meanwhile, she was rushing out of the appointment to make arrangements for her sick child. Dr. Carswell has been my PCP for a few years. My grandmother went to her when she was living and enjoyed her experience. She is absolutely amazing. Always considerate, professional, and personable.
