Don't have the space to fully explain, but my experience was less than stellar. I was seen as an adult through Lifestance. She wouldn't continue me on my panic attack and insomnia meds due to having to be on several meds for autoimmune, genetic, and chronic pain issues. Ultimately took almost two weeks to get my ADHD med filled. Due to shortage I had to call a million places to find one with in stock, I would portal message and call, it would take over a day for her to send it in and by then it was gone, I did this several t... read more

I see her every 2 months and schedule appointments as early in the morning as I can, but I still sit in the waiting room for about half an hour every appointment. I have to rush appointments because by the time she picks up, I'm already late for something that I have to get done. She also makes it really hard to switch prescriptions that I tell her don't help.

My son's psychiatrist retired and we saw Dr. Nirupama Natarajan. She wanted to change medications because she did not like the ones that my son was on. It has taken years to get my son's medication right and we can't change it because someone doesn't like a med. If it works for the patient it should be used. Someone was supposed to call to set up the next appointment but didn't. Labcorp did not receive the request for blood work and neither did I.

Awful! I religiously see her EVERY 2 months and the ONE TIME I forget to make that follow up appointment she refused my refill request even though there is an appointment on the books. I work in a very busy medical office and work Dr’s office hours so it’s hard to make it every 2 months but I do it! She is consistently late (over an hour most times) and she asks the same 5-10 questions every visit. Fortunately I am doing great and solely see her to get meds.

This doctor has had trouble connecting with me via Telehealth repeatedly. She is often late and then says she's been calling while I'm IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR over half an hour. This doctor does not seem to care. No sign of interest, no new topics of discussion, just a very quick non-assessment, and goodbye.

I have no idea how a person that calls themselves a mental health doctor can be so dismissive and cold. When trying to explain my mental state and current life situation to her, she completely dismissed any relevant information I gave to her and would automatically assume things about my life. Even explaining to her that I wanted to explore other options she appeared to almost laugh at me for it. I never felt taken seriously by this doctor and all she wants to do is up dosages on ineffective drugs and move on to her next pay... read more

She is HORRIBLE! Doesn’t listen or care what you have to say! Interrupts ALL THE TIME! What kind of MONSTER doctor prescribes medication only to call the pharmacy and cancel it same day because you no longer want to see her. The office assistants Olivia and Trina are RUDE and CONDESCENDING!! Absolutely HORRIBLE place! Don’t waste time or money here!

The absolute worst medical “Dr. “ I have ever seen. I wouldn’t recommend her as a veterinarian for a dying dog. I told her I was depressed On our second telephone meeting and 15 minutes later four Police Officers were at my front door tying to take me to a “ Special facility“. A psychiatric hospital. Unless you want to be unlawfully imprisoned I was suggest swiping left on this sawbones. Good luck in your search but please keep searching.

Only thinks about money. You can see it in her eyes when she pretends to listen.
