She is incredibly warm in the beginning, oversharing her personal life and asking overly personal questions which might appear intrusive to some people. Once you are locked in an expensive treatment, the warmth fades. She is always running late and expect a min of 30mins wait every time. Also, expect her to disappear on long vacations without any notice to patients in ongoing treatments like orthodontist. Dr. Nirmala Balachandra is a wonderful dentist—my entire family sees her, and we’ve all had a great experience. She is extremely patient, kind, and always follows up to ensure everything is going well. Her office sends multiple reminders, which makes scheduling very easy, and she’s flexible with appointment times. Dr Balachandra has been our dentist for years and we can't be happier. She's extremely professional and friendly. She also tries very hard to accommodate our busy schedule. I always recommend her to our friends without any hesitation whenever someone is looking for a dentist.
