I did not realize how bad of a doctor polackal was until I started seeing other doctors after him. I wasted years of my life and health seeing this awful person. He never attempted to help me fix my problems, rather he's just quick with his prescription pad. I had back pain and all he did was prescribe muscle relaxers instead of referring out for x-rays or scans. Dr. Polackal is very caring, attentive, and caring. He gives you his full attention and is very thorough. One of the best doctors I have had :)
