Someone needs to be fired at Lung Health services. The total lack of concern or urgency is terrible. After calling there several times over 2-3 days and not getting any calls back, I had to travel to the office 3 times to get my short term disability papers filled out. The last time Dr Wilkes promised he would have the paperwork done that day. It didn't arrive at my insurance company until two days later. Someone is not doing their job. Dr Nina is an excellent doctor. Committed to her work and her patients. She never gives up and is extremely thorough. I highly recommend her.
