Another nice trip for me. Was timely and thorough thanks to my dental hygienist, Anita. She does such a nice job. She always gives me good advice for taking care of my teeth at home. My first visit, everyone was friendly and explained all the dental procedures, very accommodating with scheduling of follow-up appointments and explanation of billing procedures. Provided my own copy of the photos taken of my teeth and a graph of gum line numbers to help track changes. The $50 certificate if I refer someone is a plus. X-rays of all teeth projected on TV screen with problem areas magnified was a helpful visual as Dr. McKibben explained status & areas to address. Free and easy parking.
My hygienist was very professional. My visit with Dr. showed that he understood my concerns. He spent the time to let me know he really cared about my oral health.
I highly recommend this office to everyone. They make you feel like part of their family. They are highly qualified and skilled. I look forward to going to my dentist.
I'm having a complicated cosmetic (and health required) procedure which means I've spent quite a bit of time in this office in the last couple months. I've been a patient of Dr. McKibben's for decades, so have long known of his quality dental skills. I know even more now and am even more impressed. He's helped me through this every step of the way, too, even made himself available on his off day to repair my temporary bridge.
