First of all I was way behind on getting in for my cleaning, and the office never forgot to help me get in. They tried on several occasions to get a time for me and worked around all my obstacles. I did not have to wait at all to be seen by the hygenist, and she worked fast and efficiently. I was comfortable and could tell that the office was very professional without being cold. Its always a good sign when you see the staff smiling. This is one dental appointment I'll never dread again .
I always love going to your office. Everyone is so nice. I am never uncomfortable nor have I ever had any pain from any of the procedures done in your office. Christy even dropped off flossers for me at my house on her day off. You all go above and beyond to make it feel like a big happy family. I thank you for that! :)

Dr McKibben and staff are "on time", skilled, and friendly. The office is bright and attractive; Dr. McKibben keeps up to date on dental health with seminars and meetings.
Dr. William J. McKibben and his staff get a 5 star rating from my husband and me. Our family has been with his office for over 25+ years. We would not use anyone else. His office staff is on top of it with insurance help. My father drives up from Laguna for his service, who would not want to change once you find a denist and office who are professional and trustworthy.

Anita is always so pleasant to chat with while she's cleaning my teeth. She has an amazing memory for personal details and that helps to make the time to go by faster.
Anita is the best. She always knows which teeth to be careful of, as well as always being concerned and interested in what is going on with the choppers! Not to mention, she's just fun to talk to.
