I walked in with teeth showing the result of years of coffee and red wine -- dingy. After a couple hours and no discomfort my smile is much brighter. Since I will finish the process at home I have full control over how much whitening I want.
The people who work at this office are simply amazing...starting with the receptionist. Everyone is patient, gentle, kind, accommodating...most of all the hygienists and Dr.McKibben really take time to listen to the patients and deliver quality (as pain free as possible) and timely service. I had a traumatic experience getting my wisdom teeth out a few years back and took some time off from going to the dentist. Nicest people you will ever meet. They are on your team. The hygenist I used gives me recommendations and advise on preventing a visit to Dr. McKibben. Dr. McKibben explains exactly what the problems you are having and shows you with new computer screens. Summary - Outstanding team
it was a good experience overall. I used to not like going to the dentist...now I really don't mind. they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable...and lower the stress factor.
