As always, great teeth cleaning. Arrived a few minutes late due to unexpected issue (conveniently located and clean building lavatory), but accommodated and treated wih professionalism. Teeth cleaning is performed comforably, quickly, and tips given on how to improve. Also, you can't beat those freebies--a new toothbrush, toothpaste & floss for inspiration. Staff is always friendly and flexible.
Anita did a great job! My teeth feel very clean. Overall, a pleasant visit to the office. I will be back in November.
AS always it's a treat to come to your office. Everyone is as i have always known them - friendly, helpful, JUST GREAT LOVE YOU ALL. NOW JUST TELL THAT DARN PLAQUE TO SIMMER DOWN.
Anita was, as always, efficient and personable, too. She and Dr. McKibben work together as a great team on these periodic appointments. I left with a beautiful smile and the knowledge my dental/oral health had been thoroughly assessed. And, as always, I enjoyed my brief conversations with the rest of the staff. This is a friendly and professional group and each one of them looks out for my needs.
Our family has been going to Dr McKibben for over 10 years and it is always a positive experience, or at least as positive as it can be for a dental appointment. I have complete trust in letting them take care of our dental needs. In addition everyone in the office is great, always makes you feel at home. I also appreciate the billing, it is very clear and timely, you don't get a bill 6 months later and wonder what it was for. They do a great job and i would highly recommend.
