Dr. Nieto is great very knowledgeable and helps patients feel safe and comfortable. The nurse Iris was great. She explained everything very well and was very caring. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the attention to detail at this practice. Always a pleasant experience.
Dr. Nieto did excellent work and he makes you feel at ease. Dr. Nieto removed ingrowns from both sides of my left & right big toes. He works fast but is very careful.. I felt no pain except for the first shot of novacaine. Would have given five stars if the wait to be called to the back wasn't so long.
The manager I think his name is Danny, he kinda of gave me weird vibes, he kept looking at some young girls kinda odd as if he was checking them out, idk seems kind of weird
Called multiple times due to referral to specialist from broken toe. Went to automated recording and sent me to voicemail every time whether they were open or closed. Never received a call back even though I asked for an appointment through multiple messages.
