They had me waiting for almost two hours after checking in. There were plenty of people who got there after me who got seen before me. The visit was rushed and his bedside manner was very rough.
Dr. Nieto is great very knowledgeable and helps patients feel safe and comfortable. The nurse Iris was great. She explained everything very well and was very caring. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate the attention to detail at this practice. Always a pleasant experience.
Dr. Nieto did excellent work and he makes you feel at ease. Dr. Nieto removed ingrowns from both sides of my left & right big toes. He works fast but is very careful.. I felt no pain except for the first shot of novacaine. Would have given five stars if the wait to be called to the back wasn't so long.
