Office staff (Emily, in particular) is rude, they answer the phone by putting you directly on hold, and question your complaints in an aggressive tone. The 10 minutes I spent with Dr. Khalili were fine, too bad I now have to wait 2 months to be seen again.
Dr. Khalil listens to me and takes my concerns seriously
Although the office staff can be a problem, my appointment with Dr. Khalili was very informative. He quickly diagnosed the numbness in my lower legs and feet as Neuropathy (which I inherited). He explained what it was and what I could do to make it better. I left with a wealth of information. I then thought of more questions I wanted to ask and six weeks later I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Khalili. Just as before, he listed to my questions and answered every one of them. I was very pleased. (I visited his office and... read more
He is a great doctor. The office workers is nice and helpful.
I have been seeing this Doctor for many years, he has a gentle caring but practical bedside manner. He is willing to take input from me and collaborate with my care. His office staff is professional and there is almost no turnover. They are efficient and skilled, having helped with medicare issues over the years. Staff makes time for injections as needed and phone appointments during Covid have been prompt. Only had one person over the years wearing cologne in the office and that was the young guy doing the EEG tests.
Dr. Khalili is super smart, thorough, explains well, and has an A+ bedside manner. He was my elderly mother’s doctor for over 12 years, managing her Parkinson’s disease conservatively and astutely (after her previous neurologist over medicated her making her nearly comatose on some days and rigid on others). Dr. Khalili aptly adjusted her medications and had her walking again, basically saving her life! He always brightened her day and made her feel hopeful while he remained stern with his tips on safety, mobility and nutrit... read more
Awesome, took care of all of my migraine issues!
The best! Dr. Khalili has been treating my migraines for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier. They were chronic with 8-15 migraines per month. I've been successfully treating with him and now experience maybe 3 per month managed with medication. I can now have a normal life!
Dr. Khalili is awesome as a dneurologist, however he seriously needs to do something about the lack of concern or competency with his staff. Especially his receptionist. She is very hateful and has tried on numerous occasions to be vindictive to me because she got in trouble for something she did. I was about 15-20 min early for my appt, she checked me in and for some reason, she forgot about me. After an hour past my appt of sitting there, Dr. Khalil actually noticed and she got in trouble.
