Today, 6/8/26 I attempted to make my initial appointment with Dr. Nadil Khalid. I have heard from many of his patients that this physician is genuine, caring and professional. As for the receptionist who answered the phone this afternoon, I have to say that I have never encountered such an outright rude, angry, unprofessional, dismissive individual in all my life. The front end staff are absolutely disrespectful and have no business working in health care.
Update to my previous review! I’ve seen him now 3x’s & that 3rd time, not so pleasant & he looks at you with a quizzical look when you tell him how you feel or asks questions as if you’re lying about how you feel or like your questions are irrelevant. The reception help changed as well. They will call you back & leave a message saying “I already answered that question” & no they haven’t! I have been to see him twice & he has been wonderful. He addresses my questions without making me feel stupid for asking & he is kind & caring. His staff has been nice & call me back when I leave a voicemail. I’m glad my PCP sent the referral to Dr. Khalili.
Dr. Khalili is wonderful. Receptionist however need intense customer service training. Bottom of the barrel when it comes to certain staff. Being sharp, rude and unpleasant is abusive and brings the value of the whole office down when it comes to communication. (Particularly the person who is on the voice message prompts) For clients who are possibly dealing with disabilities, it is emotional abuse. Please reevaluate daily staffing. Unacceptable.
