The Dr was fine, but the staff refuse to answer the phone or return calls. I've left more than 10 voicemails over the last few months trying to get appts and get my prescriptions filled. I'm leaving this practice - what is the point if you can't get care?

Don't waste your precious time. The office staff is horrible. The doctor is not much better. A lengthy discussion, as quoted from my chart, with the doctor is less than 15 minutes of him talking at you and not with or to you. I have Parkinson's and he was surprised I was crying when he finally gave me my results 4 months after my scan. 4 months, not even a call.

For two months Dr. Khalili's Office staff ignored multiple faxed referrals from my primary care doctor to make appointment so my sickness has gone untreated for two months. The worst possible outcome.

I had an appointment and called the office to change it and the staff just canceled it just because she wanted to punish me for raising my voice when i was trying to ask for help with my rescheduling . The receptionist is lying saying i canceled and hanging up the phone on me every time i try to call i never canceled the appointment they are not professional in handling their scheduling and don’t even know the basic to clarify with the patient before canceling the appointment

the doctor was great, but the staff was terrible, the doctor told me to schedule an urgent follow-up appointment within a week, and the staff refused and said we were fully booked, but when the doctor walked out and told them they booked me. Since then, I had trouble scheduling any more appointments, lastly, we I called them to reschedule they were rude to me and refused, i told them I would not be able to finish my MRI before that appointment but they refused and later I was surprised that they canceled the appointment on t... read more

Dr Khalili was great for my appointments in person and over the phone. He had already reviewed my records and test results and had a game plan before I even arrived. Unfortunately his front office staff are not as great. Majority of my interactions with them leave something to be desired. They are rude and combative any time I call. They become extremely defensive if I ask questions to clarify what was said. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because every has bad days and healthcare is a tough field. Tone of voic... read more

Doctor is wonderful, but his office staff is another story. Patients don't get return calls until after 48 hours. They answer the phone by putting the caller on hold directly, showing us that they don't care to know what we are calling about. Doctor isn't on My Health Online or MyChart, which are the easiest ways to send doctor a message, instead of calling. Doctor needs to have a more modern, technologically advanced practice.
