Dr. Khalili is very patient in his communications with you and takes the time to explain your medical condition. He is by far the most helpful doctor that has clearly articulated my health issues regarding cervical, lumbar spine and head injuries. Additionally, he is one of the few doctors that provides guidance on next steps for physical therapy and / or surgery.
Today, 6/8/26 I attempted to make my initial appointment with Dr. Nadil Khalid. I have heard from many of his patients that this physician is genuine, caring and professional. As for the receptionist who answered the phone this afternoon, I have to say that I have never encountered such an outright rude, angry, unprofessional, dismissive individual in all my life. The front end staff are absolutely disrespectful and have no business working in health care.
Update to my previous review! I’ve seen him now 3x’s & that 3rd time, not so pleasant & he looks at you with a quizzical look when you tell him how you feel or asks questions as if you’re lying about how you feel or like your questions are irrelevant. The reception help changed as well. They will call you back & leave a message saying “I already answered that question” & no they haven’t! I have been to see him twice & he has been wonderful. He addresses my questions without making me feel stupid for asking & he is kind & caring. His staff has been nice & call me back when I leave a voicemail. I’m glad my PCP sent the referral to Dr. Khalili.
