Office personnel were very pleasant. Dr. Martin listened and explained the treatment well. Needed to call in to his office for an issue, and his assistant was courteous and stated she would get back to me promptly. She spoke to Dr. Martin, who was working at a different location that day. Received callback within 10-15 minutes, prescription called in. A doctor and staff who are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable is greatly appreciated.
After two years of telling him I did not have a tarsal tunnel issue I finally gave in and had the surgery performed. It did not help the nerve issues I was having and also damaged my lateral plantar nerve due to his failed surgery. He should stick to trimming toenails.
I highly recommend Dr Nicolas Martin, DPM. He is very personable, an amazing listener and explains your diagnosis in detail as well as your treatment plan and the next steps in the healing process.
Everything with the exception of the overly lengthy intake form was excellent.
