Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. 1st time visiting this office, but it was a wholly positive experience and would definitely recommend it. The Dr. takes his time and genuinely listens to you and presents the different options of treatment.
I have only had one visit and I found Dr. Martin to be a very good listener and didn’t rush me out. He is very good at explaining and giving possible solutions to my problem feet. I have soreness to the outside edges of both feet from overuse and wrong shoes I went to several doctors prior to Dr Martin and had pulled my charts from those doctors offices before finding Dr Martin. Dr. Martin is so kind and sincere with his patients. He explains everything that he is doing so that you are comfortable with his procedures.
Dr Martin is very compassionate and professional. I arrived a few minutes early for my appt and went right in. All of the staff in his office are friendly and helpful.
Had to wait a bit to be seen but overall I was very pleased with both this doctor and his staff. Very friendly office. Dr Martin looked at my foot and had a plan of care. I would refer anyone to this practice.
Dr. Martins staff has horrible customer service. They do not have a courteous bedside manner. I was treated like a dog off the street and I was one of his established patients. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I wound up getting a new podiatrist who has a very capable assistant. Unlike Dr. martins assistant, who will treat you like crap.
Excellent! Received excellent personal care from Dr Martin. He was very thorough and didn’t make me feel he was rushed to see his next patient. Highly recommend him for anyone with a foot problem.
Dr Martin cut my toenails and treated a wound on my ankle. I find him very caring.
