As a physician speaking, this man is one of the most insightful, incredible human beings, and anyone who says otherwise simply does have the capacity or ability to appreciate otherwise. He has changed our child’s life for years to come more than any parenting could have ever provided and I will forever be indented to him. And this is after 6 months of treatment so not an impromptu eval.

I had an intake appointment with him things seemed to go well. He told me that he would be taking me on as a patient and that the next step would be me scheduling an actual appointment with him. However, I tried calling on five separate occasions to schedule an actual appointment and he never answered. $1500 yes-man who wishes he was a therapist. very good at gaslighting. despite being a psychiatrist, he does not seem to believe in any disorders apart from depression and anxiety and refuses to acknowledge when anything is wrong. actively lengthens sessions and tries to schedule more when only one is necessary. most psychiatrists need a couple hours with their patient at most, this guy “needed” 3 different 3-hour appointments and tried to plan more without even giving a diagnosis. and he didn’t ever ask any questions about ... read more

Avoid at all costs. $1500 per evaluation is absolutely insane, especially in light of the fact that Dr. Watts decided that my son had no issues and needed nothing further despite teachers and other professionals thinking otherwise. I spent a total of $3500 on two sons for no benefit whatsoever. We have since been connected to an outstanding local psychiatrist who takes our insurance, diagnosed my son appropriately and has had a hugely positive impact on his mental health.
