very friendly and kind.But had two teeth pulled there almost a year ago, was going to get partial plate in the bottom. Jaw is still so tender can't put pressure on it. Dr did new impression and sent it off to lab over six months ago and was going to call me when it came in, haven't heard a word. He lives across the street from me and could have just dropped by to tell me what was going on but nothing.I truly believe that some damage was done to my jaw bone, because it should not still be so tender. Hey Linda, we must have had some major miscommunication. Last we understood, you were going to St Louis for a while and were going to try to wear the partial you have and we were under the impression you were going to let us know if you needed us to send the new impression to the lab to have a new partial made. Those are very expensive and we didn't want you to have to pay for one unless you actually needed it. Since we didn't hear from you, we thought all was good. My whole family goes here and they treat you like family. If you have a emergency they work you in fast to see you. I love the TN Vol Room it keeps me calm when I get a tooth filled. I recommend this place to anyone.
