Customer service it’s the worse, Dr it’s good but not worth to go through this lady in front desk
This is my second appointment. I had to come back because my prescription was incorrect. I wanted glasses for looking at my computer and was given reading glasses that were too strong. My appointment was for 11am and I arrived at 11:06am. The receptionist said "we'll have to fit you in". I said thank you and sat down. I'm playing a game on my phone and scrolling through social media while I listen to the young ladies behind the reception desk, talk about their boyfriends and children. Best eye doctor I've ever been to by far. I've been coming here for 5 or 6 years, both Dr. Martin & his staff are always very helpful and efficient. Not sales-y in any way, they'll tell you about extra tests they can do but they never make you feel awkward or try to push when you decline them - they just move right along with the exam. They'll order your contacts for you and have them shipped to your house, and make sure you know about any rebates you're eligible for.
