Will knowingly scam you to get money and not care whether you received notice or not. Still on the hook for something I never signed, nor agreed to a price. How is that ethical to perform a procedure and not tell someone how much it will cost? I'd find someone who cares about patients and is willing do whatever it takes to make them comfortable and take care of them. Regardless. Period.
