Dr. Long is one of the best dentists I've had. I appreciate his knowledgeably conservative diagnoses, which could be summed up to "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Both my teeth and pocketbook appreciate this.
Dr Long is one of the few "old school" dentists around - and by that, I mean he is conservative with his recommendations and will not try to up sell you on garbage products. It's important that you be fully involved in your dental care decisions. Dr Long is very willing to negotiate your treatment options, explaining the pros and cons of each choice.
The dental experience I endured was a series of unfortunate events, beginning with a significant mistake: Dr Long performed a filling on the wrong tooth, causing me severe pain and further complications. To compound this, during the filling procedure, he intentionally cut a piece of my gum while struggling to access a specific area.
