Tried to schedule an appointment and had to wait 10 minutes for an operator who then took my information who was to turn in over to a scheduler to contact me in 48 -72 hours to schedule me an appointment. 4 days later I received a call. As a patient who is having stomach issues and looking for a specialist I am very disappointed in this process and am very curious if the Doctor actually is aware of this very unnerving procedure.
I have seen Dr. Fernandes for years, and he is always thorough in explaining in detail both cause and course of treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Fernandes.
The day of the procedure was completely smooth. All those who attended me were courteous, answered my questions, and were pleasant to interact with. Dr. Fernandes and his team are excellent!

I was referred to Dr Fernandez by my personal doctor for a Colonscopy and to evaluate a ct. All went well but there was another issue my personal doctor really wanted me to talk to him about.meaning the ct. His office caused the one star. After the procedure I made an appointment. My experience with Dr. Fernandez was better than I thought was possible. He and his staff were total professionals. Every one in the office was the epitome of professionalism. I would recommend him to anyone who is ready to experience the best experience that can be had under the conditions offered with a colonoscopy.
Dr. Fernandes was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was very personable and made me feel very calm and comfortable.
