Great communicator and extremely passionate about his patients.
Dr. Fernandez was nice, but seemed rushed. I did not have time to cover all I wanted to.However, Appointments take months to get, even a follow up. Messages to assistant or office staff go unanswered, no call back received on several occasions. Appointment scheduler can be gruff.
Have been under the care of GI physicians for past 40 years, moved to Texas 4 yrs ago, very happy that my pcp recommended Dr Fernandez, very personable, caring, just an amazing gastroenterologist!!
My appointment was awesome. Every process of the way I was impressed with the staff, from the moment I arrived and before to when I discharged. You and your staff exceeded my expectations.
Outstanding gastroenterologist who displays his care for patients and their concerns and answers questions clearly. Very friendly and pleasant.
Dr Fernandez was very informative at the beginning, start and at the end of the procedure and very affable.
