Dr Fernandes is an amazing physician that is very committed to his patient's comfort and understanding of the procedure he's performing. A very compassionate doctor that is rare to find.
I was diagnosed with Barnets syndrome and needed someone who could do a “halo” procedure. Dr Fernandes did it 4 times and I am finished. It was not painful and minimally uncomfortable. Thanks

Dr. Neville was recently the on call doctor when my daughter was having an issue, she has severe crohns and is only able out 6 months removed from major surgery. She was nauseous she had taken the recommended dosage of zofran and when he called we asked if she could have more and his comment was I don’t know, go ahead and try. I understand he was on call so I fault the practice more than him for not being prepared.
Dr. Fernandes was recommended to me by a highly respected MD more than a couple of decades ago. Throughout the years, Dr. Fernandes has impressed me by his knowledge, his probing questions, and his kindness. The negative comments about his staff's failure to return the calls they promised and the difficulty scheduling appointments are valid, at least for me. These problems are not unique to this practice, but so my rating should encourage you to see this doctor.
