The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes
Dr. Guaty is a very caring doctor who is gives his patients time and a caring attitude. However, getting a response to phone calls or requests from his staff is always a frustrating and delayed process. The doctor is great, but his staff needs improvement on answering requests, phone messages, faxes etc.
