Found him to be rude and unprofessional. Acted as though I was imposing on his time. NOT recommended.
Thought i would give him a second chance. Same as first visit about 12 days prior. Did not have any idea why i felt bad after getting over a cold. Even though i told him my flem was yellow which means bacterial problems. Wants to do expensive tests now. In the meantime doing nothing for me. I am done with him.
I have been seeing Dr. Usry for several years and he has always provided good care. He is all business when I go and that may be perceived as not friendly but his care and willingness to answer questions is what is important to me.
The absolute worst. We wanted to give him a chance based on the not-so-great reviews. The appointment was for my husband, who is speech impaired from a stroke. When he walked in, he took a seat with his back to me and faced towards the desk. He didn’t even have the decency to look at my husband, and I literally talked to the back of his head and neck during the entire time we were in the exam room. He had nothing to offer, NOTHING. My experience has been very pleasant. I have had two strokes at age 48 and he has partnered with me to identify why these have happened and encouraged me along the way. Great Guy!

I am a retired Paramedic/Firefighter and have seen DR. Nelson Usry for a few different reasons and have been very pleased with his diagnosis and treatment, one problem was continuing pain in my right arm and shoulder. It had been hurting for approximately three weeks too soon for insurance to pay for an MRI . DR Usry said it was probably a pinched nerve in my neck and not a shoulder problem and suggested physical therapy which I completed problem solved .

Dr Usry and his staff are very Caring Professional and Knowlegeable! They always have time for you when your there you are listened to and they make sure you understand what will be done and what's needed! I never feel rushed or that my concerns are dismissed! Love this office and highly recommend them for genuine quality care!
