Terrible experience at this location! Super hard to get appointments. Called for my son with fever, ear infection, and ear drainage, and they scheduled us for the next day but had no record of it. Walk-in requests were met with ‘come tomorrow’ and then ‘no spaces available’. Ended up with an April 10th appt - doesn’t work for urgent issues. Dr seems okay but the office is a disaster. Took my daughter here to see Dr. Merrill. Appointment was very informative and clear. She also asked if I had any additional questions which I had none. I would say a good first appointment
Horrible place! My son and my daughter-in-law recently became new parents and brought my granddaughter to this place, and they were anything but helpful.
