First visit today and so glad Dr.Merritt was recommended to me when I moved here recently. Everyone i met there today was friendly, helpful, clearly very competent and caring. Dr. Merritt was very thorough, and great at explaining procedures. I'm delighted!
The front office staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Amy was very thorough when doing my eye scans. When I was leaving I left the information sheet Dr Sharma had given me but Amy texted it to me as I wasn't able to pick it up in person. I really appreciated that. I have been seeing Dr Sharma for my annual eye exam for years and find her to be very knowledgeable, offering advice that has helped me greatly. She is a very nice person as well.
Love Dr Merritt-thorough, professional & always kind & gentle. Carolyn is my favourite eye glass lady, honest & helps me pick out the perfect frames every time….Dr Sharma & all the staff are amazing & helpful
Doctor Sharma apologized for the wait but was very thorough and explained everything clearly! Office staff is pleasant and very helpful. Carolyn was very helpful in selecting new frames and explained the various lenses available now. Friendly atmosphere in the entire office.
Fabulous experience. Dr. Merritt and team took great care and detail with a thorough eye health check exam as well as ensuring I had the right style, type and fit of prescription glasses. Superb follow up making sure I was pleased and answered any questions or concerns, in addition to offering continuing support when needed.
