I had bent one of the arms of my glasses and Amy was able to repair them and she was so kind to replace the nose pieces and clean them. She was so pleasant to deal with, made my day. Great service!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Merritt’s office, but after today’s interaction with his receptionist, I will never return to this practice. I called for a copy of my 2021 prescription—my own medical record—and was met with an astonishing amount of resistance and contradictory information. I was first told I could not have it, then told I could access my records, then immediately told again that I could not. I had an excellent experience in this place. Especially with dr Sharma, From the very beginning, I felt very well taken care of. I really appreciated the kindness, attention, and especially how clearly and thoroughly everything was explained to me. You can truly see the professionalism and genuine care for patients.
