I have been a customer here for many years now and am always treated very well. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I used to see Dr. Conway but now see Dr. Carbonara and he is always very thorough. I am always told of any extra charges ahead of time so there are never any surprises. Would never go anywhere else if I can help it.
I was pleased with the service. Krissy helped me pick out my glasses .She is awesome.
I had an excellent experience here! Amy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to find me the frames that I needed and provided excellent customer service. Friendly atmosphere- I would definitely go back:)
Fantastic experience all around. Brought my two younger children in for their annual exam with Dr. Carbonara. They patience shown by Amy when trying to get my little guy to sit still and look forward to get eye pics was exemplary and the same goes for Dr Carbonara as well. Carolyn was fantastic in assisting my daughter in picking out her first pair of glasses. She also had the pleasure of assisting my little guy too lol. She handled things perfectly and had us all leaving feeling well taken care of!
My wife and I went for appointment and as usual were greeted very friendly by Cardy and Amy at the front desk. We had a really good experience choosing our eye wear options.
