I have been seeing Dr Tejwani for a long time. He is caring, knowledgeable, and a good listener. If you are willing to work with him; you will be able to get the meds right. It’s a partnership. You must listen to his wise advice. He knows his stuff. He has brought me from the depths of despair to leading a productive life.

Unethical and unprofessional. His line of questioning during the initial intake was inappropriate and outside his duties as my prescriber. Mismanaged my medications, regularly ignoring requests from my pharmacy, myself, and another provider in the same office to refill my meds. This caused me to regularly have to stop the meds abruptly due to running out of them, with it taking up to 2 weeks or more for refill requests to be answered. Arrogant, poor listener. Told me I would get better when I got "tired of it"...essentially blamed me for the ongoing depression and anxiety. According to two other doctors he misdiagnosed me. A staff member in reception took private communication and opened the envelope and told me that the Medical Director at the time didn't give statements for National Grid to help not turning off my gas. He has no rapport with people, asks extremely personal and probing questions, and comes across very judgmental. He asked what my ex boyfriends would say they don’t like about me (I have a history of abusive relationships) He asked why I wasn’t closer with my sister growing up. He asked If I felt “fat and ugly” and if so, why I didn’t want to lose weight. When I said I had a history of alcoholism in my family, he asked why I too wasn’t an alcoholic. He prescribed me prozac and increased it after I told him I was depressed. I went abroad for an urgent reason and became manic and delusional even while taking my medecine. I came home and stopped my medecine, because I was out of my mind. I always take my medecine and Dr. Tejwani was angry that I had stopped my medecine blaming me for my hospitalization. When I went to the pych ward, I was told by a doctor there that I never should have even been prescribed prozac b/c I am bipolar. Thanks!
