After 3 visits, 3 months (one of which was cancelled 30 minutes prior to arrival) and several tests, we left Dr Monaco's care. We felt very much like we were a number to him and not a priority. After leaving, we were quickly sent to an orthopedic oncologists and treatment has progressed quickly. I felt like our valuable time was very much wasted in Dr. Monaco's care.
I was there to have Dr Monaco check my shoulder because of pain. He had already reviewed my X-rays and was prepared for my visit, saving me time having to explain why I was there. Appt time was spot on and very helpful.
He was very kind and explained in detail what was wrong and what my treatment options were.
