I had to go in for a flexible cystoscopy and was quite nervous as it was my first time. Dr. Hoag and his 2 nurses made the experience very easy and the procedure went well with minimal pain/discomfort. I also had all my questions answered and never felt rushed. I would highly recommend this Doctor if you need this procedure done.

Poor bedside manners and communication all around. Temp assistant that was helping made things very uncomfortable. Hoag was vague and rushed, and didn’t listen to what I was saying. Inconsiderate doctor and unprofessional assistants. Avoid if you’re looking for a diagnosis for a urological issue.
