Waited nine months to get an appointment and she cancelled on me three days before the appointment and referred to another Dr. unless I wanted to wait another nine months so I scheduled with a New Dr. The New Dr. cancelled on me as well. When I did get in the office they wanted me to provide my insurance and fill out paperwork I had already prefilled so I gave up and left.
