Today was my first time seeing Dr. Gould, and she was very patient, and she explained everything that I was going through well. Also, the employees in the office were very nice, as well as the staff.
Dr. Gould is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She has such a positive attitude for her patients. I trust her completely.
Dr. Gould is focused and easy to talk with. Great bedside manner and tells you the facts in a no nonsense approach. She handled my surgery with excellence and skill. I felt in good hands from the moment I met her. She has good follow up techniques and her staff is friendly.
I have seen Dr. Gould 3 times in the past 2 months. Once for a pap smear, a cone biopsy, and a follow up visit. I found her to be friendly, competent, and reassuring. She is not given to small talk, but will patiently answers any questions you have about your health. I liked her a lot.
Experienced and knowledgable but horrible bedside manner. If you are looking for a caring compassionate dr who will take time to answer your questions, do not go to Dr. Gould. And office staff is very rude!
All she cares is about getting paid. Cold blodded ,careless and to busy for afollow up. Please find someone that really cares for you health.
